CORRECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS

Our chiropractic adjustments are based on a thorough evaluation, exam, and digital x-rays to determine the best approach to not only fixing the PAIN and SYMPTOMS, but getting to the root source of the problem. Misalignments in the spine can lead to a wide variety of health issues. We find these misalignments, called subluxations, and correct them through specific chiropractic adjustments into the spine.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

The structure of your spine is surrounded by soft tissue (muscles, ligaments, tendons) that serves as the foundation of your spine. Most chiropractors adjust the spine and don’t assess the surrounding tissue, causing the spine to shift back “out of place” if there is a muscular imbalance. At FreeForm, we focus on resetting the musculature surrounding the spine in order to hold the correct position of the spine and provide long lasting effects.

SPINAL DECOMPRESSION

At FreeForm, we take a personalized approach to ensure that spinal compression, bulging or herniated disc issues, and other stressors don’t stop you from living a full life! We specialize in non-surgical decompression therapy, which gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on the nerves. When this “stretch” occurs deep between the spinal vertebrae, a process called “imbibition” allows the disc to become rehydrated and takes pressure off the nerves!

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT REHAB

Based on our thorough evaluation, we will be able to determine where you are weak and have an imbalance of musculature. We build a dynamic and personalized program tailored to strengthen the body, create better mobility, and provide a proactive approach to your body’s performance. These target therapies and exercises will be done in the office and also given to you for home therapy.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Our therapists are trained in stripping the fascia of your muscle to produce long standing effects. Your muscle has a sleeve around it called “fascia”, and due to injuries and posture, scar tissue will develop on the fascia and this will create a symptom or pain. Our massage therapists strip out the fascia and eliminate the scar tissue.

Initial Inquiry

Fill out our Franchise Interest Form to start the conversation. A FreeForm representative will reach out to discuss your goals and explore if this is the right fit for you.

Discovery Call

Meet with our franchise development team to learn about FreeForm’s business model, training, and support system. We’ll also go over financial requirements, next stepsm and answer any questions.

03.

Franchise Application, FDD, & Qualification

Once we confirm the opportunity is a great fit and you properly qualify, you’ll complete a franchise application and we will send over the FreeForm Franchise - Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for you to review.

04.

Attend Discovery Day

You’ll be invited to an exclusive Discovery Day at our headquarters, where you’ll meet our leadership team, tour a FreeForm location, and experience firsthand what makes our model separate from the rest.

05.

Sign Franchise Agreement

After approval, you’ll sign the Franchise Agreement and secure your exclusive territory. Our team will immediately guide you through site selection, lease negotiations, and build-out planning to set you up for a successful grand opening.

06.

Training & Business Setup

With your location secured, you’ll begin our comprehensive training program, covering:

- Chiropractic operations & patient flow

- Business & financial management

- Marketing & lead generation strategies

Grand Opening & Ongoing Support
