CORRECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS

Chiropractic adjustments play an essential role in our approach to care, offering a safe and effective way to relieve the symptoms of pain and discomfort that can have a significant negative impact on a patient’s quality of life. Every FreeForm Chiropractic clinic offers corrective chiropractic adjustments as part of a personally customized treatment plan to target the symptoms and the cause behind them. It starts with a diagnosis which is determined through a complete medical evaluation of the patient incorporating digital X-rays to accurately identify the root cause of the patient’s current discomfort or dysfunction. In many instances, the condition stems from spinal misalignment or subluxation, which can contribute to a variety of health problems. Administering chiropractic adjustments to the spine can make a difference in the patient’s health and well-being by restoring functionality and removing the discomfort associated

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

A complex network of soft tissues made up of the muscles, tendons, and ligaments work together to create a support foundation for the spinal column. Weakness or imbalance in the soft tissues and muscles can negatively impact functional movement and trigger a variety of long-term health issues. You must first fill out a Franchise Interest Form (FIF) to inquire about owning a FreeForm Chiropractic franchise. One of our representatives will reach out to discuss your level of interest and potential participation as an owner-operator of a FreeForm franchise location.

Discovery Meet and Greet

Each and every one or our potential franchisees will have the chance to meet with our franchise development team to gain deep insight into the FreeForm Chiropractic experience. Location Training and Setup

Now that your location has been selected, your training begins. As of the current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) that has been issued, the investment  cost ranges from $326,896 to $435,696. We offer financing options to approved owner-operators who are looking to invest and we are registered with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide qualified candidates with access to the financing they need to obtain the rights to operate a franchise location under our system. 

FreeForm fosters a robust culture of training and education, so we offer a comprehensive training program that runs about 4 weeks and covers all of the important facets of franchise ownership, such as standard business operations, patient management, and marketing strategies to ensure the full and complete success of your franchise location.The training doesn’t stop there, we want to ensure that all of our owner-operators thrive in a competitive industry, so we continue to provide ongoing mentorship and support for the long-term.
