CORRECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS

Corrective adjustments are an essential part of the care we provide to patients seeking a safe and effective solution for the pain and discomfort that has diminished their quality of life. Every FreeForm Chiropractic clinic offers chiropractic adjustments services to patients as part of a wide-ranging treatment regimen tailored to target the cause of these symptoms. Every patient is given a thorough evaluation that incorporates digital X-rays in order to establish an accurate and confident diagnosis. From there, the patient is given a comprehensive treatment plan incorporating chiropractic adjustments to target a misalignment or subluxation of the spine which is typically the main cause behind many health issues for patients. Chiropractic adjustments to the spine can restore comfort and return functionality without pain or discomfort.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

The spinal column is surrounded with soft tissues that include muscles, ligaments, and tendons that all work to support the foundation of the spine. Request for Information

Fill out and submit your Franchise Interest Form (FIF) to inquire about obtaining your very own FreeForm Chiropractic franchise. Once we receive your FIF, one of our representatives will reach out to discuss your interest and involvement as a franchisee.

02.

Discovery Meet and Greet

Every potential franchisee will receive an invitation to meet with our franchise development team to learn all about being a part of the FreeForm Chiropractic family. Learn the story behind our brand, our proven business model, the training programs that we provide, and the comprehensive support system in place to empower our franchisees to succeed. The Discovery Meet and Greet is also an opportunity to review all of the financial requirements, franchise fee, and the amount required as an initial investment.

Review Franchise Application and Franchise Disclosure Document

If you feel that owning a FreeForm Chiropractic franchise aligns with your business objectives and you qualify for ownership rights, you will be asked to complete an application at which time you will be issued a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to review at your convenience.

Attend Franchisor Discovery Day

We hold our FreeForm Franchise Discovery Days at our main company headquarters, where you will have a chance to meet our leadership team, participate in a guided tour of an existing franchise location and speak with other franchisees to ask how their experiences with the FreeForm Chiropractic business model have supported their business goals for success.

05.

Sign Your Franchise Agreement

Once the approval phase is complete, it’s time to sign your Franchise Agreement which secures your exclusive territory. Our team will start working with you to help you select a site for your clinic location, negotiate the terms of your lease on that space, and begin planning for the big grand opening event for your franchise clinic location.

Initiate Location Training and Setup

Now that your location has been selected and secured, you will start the training phase of your FreeForm Chiropractic experience. Our robust training program will guide through all of the key components that come with ownership of FreeForm clinic, including how we conduct operations, marketing workshops, learn how to generate leads for new patients, anticipated patient flow rates for your region, and basic financial management training. You will also receive tutorials on the use of FreeForm’s proprietary technology and internal systems which have been developed for helping your franchise clinic grow into a consistently successful business.

Launch Your FreeForm Chiropractic Clinic Franchise

You’ve worked hard to get here and the day has finally come - the Grand Opening of your FreeForm Chiropractic location arrives and your location. We provide our franchisees with a comprehensive training program that lasts for about four weeks and covers all of the important aspects of franchise ownership under our brand.  These include standard business operations, patient management, and marketing strategies to ensure that your franchise location is a success in your region. But after those four weeks are up, the training doesn’t stop there as we want all of our franchisees to thrive in this very competitive industry.
